Steps to follow for updating the eleksis:

Software Update

1. Save the eleksis_upgrade.zip into your computer’s local drive.
2. Switch on the eleksis, connect the unit to your computer via the USB port.
3. Wait for the computer to detect a removable disk volume, copy the code.bin file from the downloaded zipped folder into the removable disk volume.
4. Disconnect the eleksis from the computer after the code.bin file has been copied.
5. Navigate to [SYSTEM] and select [SYSTEM UPGRADE], select [Yes] when the eleksis prompts you if you want to update.
6. After you have successfully updated the code.bin file, reconnect the eleksis to the computer via the USB port. Delete the code.bin file from the removable disk volume.
7. Copy the data.bin file from the downloaded zipped folder into the removable disk volume.
8. Disconnect the eleksis from the computer after the data.bin file has been copied.
9. Update the eleksis with data.bin file by following step 4, 5 & 6.

Dictionary Update

1. Save the glossary_for_maths_KBSR.zip, glossary_for_maths_KBSM.zip,
   glossary_for_sc_KBSR.zip, and glossary_for_sc_KBSM.zip into your computer’s local drive.
2. Switch on the eleksis, connect the unit to your computer via the USB port.
3. Wait for the computer to detect a removable disk volume, copy the desired files from the respective downloaded zipped folders into the KAMUS folder of the removable disk volume.
4. Disconnect the eleksis from the computer after the desired files have been copied.

Voice Update

1. Save the sentence900.zip into your computer's local drive.
2. Switch on the eleksis, connect the unit to your computer via the USB port.
3. Wait for the computer to detect a removable disk volume, copy the sentence900.con file from the downloaded zipped folder into the VOICE folder of the removable disk volume.
4. Disconnect the eleksis from the computer after the sentence900.con file has been copied.
